query regarding telescopes

1) Is pixetra authorised celestron dealers?

2) why don't you have any scopes for the entry level between 10-20k,which most beginners will be looking into for example a 4.5'' reflector
celestron offers a lot of other scope in this range if i am correct .
for example

AstroMaster 114EQ Telescope
AstroMaster 130EQ (with out motor drive)
