• If your cancellation request is received before the order is shipped, we will void the transaction and reverse your credit card payment
• If the order has been shipped before your cancellation request is received, you can simply return the parcel when it is delivered to you

• Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging and in good condition without any damage, for a refund (excluding the shipping costs)
• The exceptions are as follows:

  • The No Question Asked return policy does not extend to products which come within warranty/ guarantee, such as branded electronics goods
