- Pixetra is a registered trademark (applied for) brand of Tradelinks Ventures Pvt. Ltd; having its Registered office in Kochi, Kerala and Pixetra Club is a customer loyalty program initiative of Pixetra
- Pixetra is a chain of specialized retail outlets in India that caters to products and services in photography and related hobbies/ optics/ astronomy/ adventure/ travel and many more. These products and services are also available through our website www.pixetra.com. By referring to Pixetra stores, it includes the web store pixetra.com
- The eligibility for membership in Pixetra Club is for persons above 18 years of age having the capacity to contract and make specified purchase, to pay fee etc. as specified. Pixetra reserves the right to decline or not accept membership to any applicant without assigning any reason, whatsoever. Pixetra also reserves the right to admit members who are below the age of 18 provided parental consent is there
- Pixetra Club members are given a membership card which is valid to be used as proof of membership at Pixetra outlets, at Club events and meetings and for online uses
- Application for membership will not be considered if any details provided by the applicant are incorrect, incomplete or infactual. By signing on the application form and the declaration, it is deemed that the applicant has understood all the terms and conditions binding upon the applicant
- The member will earn reward points as specified by Pixetra from time to time on eligible purchases/ transactions/ events that the member makes at the Pixetra stores or Pixetra club events. The member is solely responsible to check that the points and transactions have been properly credited and the onus to ensure the same rest with the card member
- Pixetra reserves the right to refuse the awarded points or redemption for any breach of terms and condition
- Awarded points are valid for redemption for a period of three years from the month of accrual. Other conditions apply for redemption of points including a base number of points needed for redemption as defined from time to time
- Pixetra will not be responsible for the loss or misuse of membership card
- Pixetra reserves the right to modify all terms from time to time including withdrawal of the scheme without compensation
- Members do not have any right to convert reward points to cash or cash equivalents
- Pixetra will not be responsible for the products and/or services provided by third parties
- All the disputes in connection with the Pixetra Club Program are subject to the law and order of the land and subject to Ernakulam/Kochi jurisdiction only
- Members authorize Pixetra to disclose member information to Government authorities or to competent authorities or other third parties to comply with obligations under law. Members also authorize use of member information for offering product and service to them and associates and partners of Tradelinks Ventures Pvt. Ltd; unless specified otherwise
